Dear Colleague
The response to the original message has been brilliant. Over 50 people have responded, so it looks like it’s going to be a memorable event. There is still room for a few more.
Hardy’s Brasserie have not been able to accommodate us on the date we picked, however, a suitable alternative has been chosen close by. Auberge Bar & Restaurant in St. Christophers Place has confirmed our booking. Thursday 26th January 2012 from 4.00 p.m. till 8.00 p.m.

The Auberge offer a selection of food platters, which you can see the content at their website. We’ve provisionally ordered a selection of buffet food and wine, which we sampled and found to be ok. The cost to everyone will be £15.00 per head, non-returnable, once we’ve confirmed the numbers to the restaurant in early January. You may transfer the money to my PayPal account or send a cheque to me, or bank transfer please contact me so that I can provide the details. There will be the opportunity to open a personal bar tab on the evening. Some of you have indicated that you may not be able to make a decision to come until nearer the time, therefore would like to pay on the evening, this will be possible, please be mindful that either Caron or I will have made a payment on your behalf once you have decided to come.
You will all have received some login details for the website set-up specifically for us www.excourtaulds.com, I do hope you will venture on to the site and update your details and if you want add a photo or two. (You don’t have to.) Although your e-mail details are on the site they are not visible, so please don’t worry about spam or unwanted contacts. The only people you will receive a message from are other Courtaulds plc staff who have registered, via me; If you need any help with the site let me know. It’s there for you.
I look forward very much to seeing you all on the night, thank you for all your encouraging remarks and good wishes.
Best Wishes for the New Year.
