Campbell CBE<\/p>\n<p>16th October 1946 &#8211; 26th April 2014<\/p>\n<p>I am sorry to inform you of the death of my father on 26th April 2014. The following arrangements have been made to celebrate his life. Everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n<p>A Service of Thanksgiving at 2pm on 9th May 2014 to be held at The Parish Church of\u00a0 St. Mary\u00a0and St. Bartholomew in\u00a0Hampton In Adren, West Midlands B92 0AE.
